The Cabernet Sauvignon has not started flowering yet. All the vineyard was shoot bashed to clear the crown and retain only shoot growth from the canes and spurs.
Foggy Hill Vineyard
Brief tour of the Foggy Hill Vineyard with our UK distributor on Friday. The vineyard has just been trained and a third of the way through flowering. It looks absolutely fantastic. Vines are very balanced and healthy.
