Xavier Bizot has become general manager of Tapanappa Wines, the joint venture between the Croser family of Australia, the Bollinger family of Champagne and the Cazes family of Chateau Lynch-Bages. Bizot, a member of the Bollinger family, is also married to Brian Croser’s daughter Lucy.
