Recognition

Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are all through flowering now, looking great, long rachis, good fruit set. Temperature remained very cool in Wrattonbully as compared with long term average.  The vineyard is now on the long road to véraison which should happen in 6-8 weeks, and vintage should be on time or slightly late this year.

Our efforts to clear unwanted shoot growth in the crown are rewarded, the vines look very balanced.
