Arguably the most interesting of all new wineries to be announced in Australia over the past few years. Its partners are Brian Croser of Petaluma, Jean-Michel Cazes of Chateau Lynch-Bages in Pauillac and Societe Jaques Bollinger, the parent company of Champagne Bollinger. The core of the business is the Koppamurra vineyard acquired from Koppamurra Wines prior to the 2003 vintage.
